PoliciesPayments Payment is due before service starts. A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each visit before each service starts. You may leave a check in full and the completed Service Request for the first visit however, we must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either item. Cancellations If a Client has paid in advance for services and need to cancel, the following applies: 24 Hour prior notice to any service is required. Any cancellations made after 7 A.M. On the day of a scheduled visit or series of visits are non refundable. You can leave a voice message at the business number prior to 7 A.M. the day of the visit. All remaining paid visits will be given a credit to be used for further services. |

Holidays: 14 days prior notice to any service is required for the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day (the busiest holidays). Cancellation will be given a credit that will be used for future services. 7 Days prior notice is required for the remainder holidays, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
